Our Exhibits Services manages exhibits submitted for hearings and trials in the Arizona Superior Court in Pima County.

Emailed exhibits are not accepted.

Effective July 13, 2026

Pursuant to Pima Superior Court Administrative Order 2026-011, effective July 13, 2026, a digital evidence portal as approved by the Arizona Supreme Court shall be used in the Pima County Superior Court for the submission and management of exhibits in family law hearings and trials.

Effective September 8, 2026

Pursuant to Pima Superior Court Administrative Order 2026-034, effective September 8, 2026, a digital evidence portal as approved by the Arizona Supreme Court shall be used in the Pima County Superior Court for the submission and management of exhibits in all hearings and trials for the family, criminal, civil and probate benches.

Effective November 1, 2026

A digital evidence portal as approved by the Arizona Supreme Court is approved for juvenile court effective November 1, 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you are a party involved in the case or the attorney of record who received this notice, you can call or email Exhibits Services, and the deputy clerks will provide you with information about the exhibits you submitted during the hearing.

If you would like to retrieve your exhibits, please bring your copy of the notice that exhibits will be destroyed to our Exhibits Services. Your exhibits will be made available to you at that time.

Yes, you can view the exhibits submitted by the other party by visiting our Exhibits Services prior to destruction of the exhibits. Additionally, copies are available for a fee.  Information about fees is available at the Fee Schedule page.
