NOTARY INFORMATION

 

A new law, signed by the Governor, April 28, 2008, gives full responsibility for the Notary process to the State of Arizona Secretary of State. As of April 29, 2008 the Pima County Clerk of Superior Court is no longer involved in the processing of notary bonds and applications.

All notary bonds are to be submitted to the Secretary of State’s office along with the notary application.
